RMC-6291 is an orally effective KRASG12C(ON) covalent inhibitor, which forms a ternary complex inside tumor cells between KRASG12C(ON) and cyclophilin A (CypA). It is used to treat non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, advanced malignant solid tumors, etc. RMC-6291 was nominated for the top ten "star" small molecules of 2023 on the Hunting Drugman website.
