This product is a novel additive phosphorus-based flame retardant with a phosphorus content of approximately 12%. This phosphorus-based flame retardant lacks reactive functional groups, offering superior dielectric properties. Additionally, it has a high melting point. When combined with vinyl compounds to form a resin composition, it yields a composite material with low thermal expansion rate, high heat resistance, high glass transition temperature, as well as low dielectric constant and dielectric loss. It can be used to manufacture laminates, circuit boards, and polymer flame retardants with characteristics such as high glass transition temperature, low dielectric properties, halogen-free flame retardancy, and low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) for the substrate. It is applicable in FCCL (Flexible Copper Clad Laminate) and CCL (Copper Clad Laminate) materials.
